Introducing Lori Covington, a valued collaborator at MCH Counselling and Therapy Limited. Lori earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Humboldt State University in California and went on to obtain her Master’s in counselling psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Chichester in the UK, she has spent the last five years practising as a therapist in the UK and holds accreditation from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her passions lie in social justice, equality, and compassion, with a focus on alleviating suffering and guiding individuals toward fulfilling and meaningful lives. Lori employs an integrative approach, drawing from various influences such as Buddhist psychology, gender studies, existentialism, and Gestalt practices, while continuously exploring innovative methods to enhance well-being and promote deeper connections among people.
